Dinos? In my fortress? Oh no.
A big update for Dwarf Fortress has been announced to arrive on June 25th featuring a lot of new content.
What to expect from it? The developer said you’ll see quite a wide variety of creatures all the way from the Cambrian Explosion to various extinct mammals and birds of the Holocene era.
You will need a new world to see the dinos but they said you should see the animal people update in existing saves.
Dinos are optional too, so you can tweak your game to your liking.
